I aim to properly package your items and hope they arrive to you in a pristine condition. Sadly though from time to time human errors do occur resulting in marks on packages in the delivery process - resulting in damaged or faulty items. Should this happen to your item - don’t fear, I'll sort it for you as quickly as humanly possible.
Please email me at email@example.com as soon as possible with images of your faulty item and I'll advise how best I can assist you, please note:
• If you return a non-personalised item to me that isn’t deemed as faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and we will refund you for the product price only.
• When returning your item to me please enclose your original invoice (where possible) or enclose a note with your contact and order details.
• I recommend using a tracked service to return your item.

Returning a personalised items for a refund
Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are
non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything specially made, or ordered with your choice of name, finish, message, or other customised feature making the item unique to you.
Returning non-personalised items for a refund
We can all be indecisive from time to time - if you change your mind about an item just make sure you return it to me within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
I'll process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or Paypal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms & conditions.
Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.
If you can't attend or you miss a workshop I unfortunately can't issue a refund. We can look to reschedule so please contact me.
