Damaged Orders

I aim to properly package your items and hope they arrive to you in a pristine condition. Sadly though from time to time human errors do occur resulting in marks on packages in the delivery process - resulting in damaged or faulty items. Should this happen to your item - don’t fear, I'll sort it for you as quickly as humanly possible.


Please email me at as soon as possible with images of your faulty item and I'll advise how best I can assist you, please note:

 If you return a non-personalised item to me that isn’t deemed as       faulty, the return delivery charge will be at a cost to yourself and       we will refund you for the product price only.

When returning your item to me please enclose your original             invoice (where possible) or enclose a note with your contact and       order details.

I recommend using a tracked service to return your item.

I can't be held responsible for items that go missing in the         
   return post.

Returning a personalised items for a refund

Personalised items that are uniquely made for you are
non-returnable & non-refundable (unless faulty). This includes anything specially made, or ordered with your choice of name, finish, message, or other customised feature making the item unique to you.

Returning non-personalised items for a refund

We can all be indecisive from time to time - if you change your mind about an item just make sure you return it to me within 30 days in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

I'll process your refund directly to your debit /credit card or Paypal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to the above terms & conditions.

Returning earrings

Earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety. 

Workshop cancelation

If you can't attend or you miss a workshop I unfortunately can't issue a refund. We can look to reschedule so please contact me.

Do you provide International delivery?

I currently only list UK delivery prices.
Please contact me for international delivery quotes.

How do I track my order?

All items are posted via Royal Mail Signed 1st Class. You will be sent an email telling you when your item is dispatched with your tracking number.

What are your delivery options?

All items are sent via Royal Mail tracked, this is for optimal protection and security for all.
